You may not use Kalshi for any unlawful purpose, attempt to manipulate markets, or engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
